Yes, all of our products are certified cruelty-free, through The Leaping Bunny Program!

Do you use parabens in your products?

Never. Ever. We use natural ingredients, that work for your skin, not against it.

I am gluten-restricted. What products are appropriate for my use?

All of our products are gluten-free!

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed at ralphieandalice.com will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 1pm EST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.

How can I edit my shipping address?

Are your products available in store?

We are currently available at Contrast, in Ventura, CA. You can purchase our products through our "shop" tab. Please email [email protected] for in store requests.

Will my Ralphie and Alice product separate/melt/dry/expire/etc..?

If the product is exposed to excessive heat for short periods of time, it will not impact the products efficancy. While the products don't have a formal expiration date, it is generally recommended that they be used within 3 years of manufacture or 6 months after opening for best product quality.
