Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free. We are already in the process of being leaping bunny certified!

Do you use parabens in your products?

Never. Ever. We use natural ingredients in all of our products, including natural oils and butters.

I am gluten-restricted. What products are appropriate for my use?

All of our products are gluten free.

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed at ralphieandalice.com will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 1pm EST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day. 

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email hello@ralphieandalice.com

Are your products available in store?

Hey! We would be happy to answer questions about the brand and consider any requests.

Will my Ralphie and Alice product separate/melt/dry/expire/etc..?

If the product is exposed to excessive heat for short periods of time, it will not impact the products efficancy. While the products don't have a formal expiration date, it is generally recommended that they be used within 3 years of manufacture or 6 months after opening for best product quality.
